In addition to minimizing my bad cholesterol, I’m improving my high blood pressure with cinnamon. Today I read it at 138/82. So, it’s slowly settling down to more acceptable levels. And this without any medications.
I put a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in about half a cup of low fat cottage cheese. Add a little Stevia. Mix well. And enjoy.

Friday Nov 5th, R1P2D17 and I’m down another 8 ounces. In just a few more days I’ll be on Phase 3. So, today I’ll be reading up on the types of food I’ll start adding to my food plan. Holly cow! What a protocol. All these Mondays of no breakfast, a lunch of 3.5 ounces of meat and 2 cups of veggies, ACV; repeat for supper; repeat for Tuesday, Wednesday, etc, etc have really paid off.
Just think (1) How much money I’ve saved in my own intake of food. (2) How much healthier I am. (3) The ROI of my efforts to actually lose has been fantastic.

R1P2D11 Sat Oct 30th and down another 8 ounces. HCG is working with my body. The proof for ME will come in the maintenance phase. I am very, very optimistic! If I calculated correctly I have 10 more days on this phase.

Hey, hey do you remember the old vaudeville phrase “Slowly I turned…step by step…inch by inch…,” ? Well I turned around and this morning I’m down another 1/2 pound. That’s another .25 kg, or an additional 224 grams. Wahoo!! Whatever the weight measurement. Also I can actually sense myself getting firmer and tighter as well. The ketone strip dropped back to a Trace, but I know I ingested a bit of extra sugar from the source of dinner last night. Hmmm, I feel good. Think I’ll go for my 4 1/2 fast walk. : )

Today is Sat Oct 23rd and I’ve lost 7 pounds in 5 days. It’s R1P2D4 (Round 1 Phase 2 Day 4). My headache is gone. Ketones indicate trace. I love the feeling that I’m hungry, yet based on the protocol, I cannot eat. It comes with just a tiny bit of light-headedness. I like that feeling though, I really do. Because it means that my body still has stored fuel in the form of fat, and with the 500 calories, it’s enough to keep me moving. I can put up with that sensation ’cause so far I’ve dropped 7lbs. Woo hoo! I’m shooting for around 20 in total. It’s more the inches I’m targeting. This damn pot belly, the underarms, and inner thighs. Rock on HCG and roll off the fat!
Hey, in anticipation of the belly shedding the fat, I’m doing core strengthening exercises in moderation. Maybe I’ll have a six-pack unveiled when the fat melts away. LOL

I’ve tried every diet known to man. After extensive research on Dr. Simeon’s HCG protocol… I’m in.
It appears this will be the path that will finally allow me to shed these final 15 to 20 pounds and the associated inches.
The liquid drops of human chorionic gonadotropin should be here tomorrow. Let the good times begin. I’ll start loading up on my intake of fats.
I am so ready to rock ‘n roll with this.
